John North is the CFO of Grindr, joining the company in October of 2025. John has over two decades of experience leading high-growth public companies, serving as CEO and CFO at Fortune 500 and S&P 500 global organizations. Most recently, John was the CEO of Lazydays Holdings (Nasdaq: GORV), a nationwide recreational vehicle retailer. Previously, he served as CFO at Copart (Nasdaq: CPRT), Avis Budget Group (Nasdaq: CAR), and Lithia & Driveway (NYSE: LAD). John serves as a Non-Executive Board Member of XPEL (Nasdaq: XPEL), where he chairs the Compensation Committee and serves as a financial expert on the Audit Committee. John holds a B.S. in Finance from Santa Clara University and is a licensed CPA and a CFA Charterholder.
